convenient central stay
friendly staff useful fridge comfortable beds coffee machine
the staff were friendly and willing to help. the room had a mini fridge, useful. the beds were really comfortable, i slept well each night. i also appreciated the coffee machine in the room.
i noticed a small stain on one of the curtains.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
tram stop clean premises wall design comfortable beds
The reception team impressed me. They explained nearby attractions and tram routes. The hotel's proximity to the tram stop proved convenient. It made accessing major sites very simple. I also enjoyed the quiet avenue location and found the premises quite clean. The room's wall design impressed me, and I must say the beds were very comfortable.
The room I booked stated a wireless speaker would be available, however , this was not the case .

The hotel features a gym located behind the reception desk , providing easy access who wish to maintain their fitness routine. I also noticed umbrella rentals are available for a small fee, providing convenience during wet weather.

The hotel includes a bar and a restaurant , both of which present good experiences. I liked that you can order breakfast a la carte , an option different from the buffet. This provides more flexibility for those who prefer specific breakfast items.

small room unattentive waiter
the room was quite small. there wasn't much space for luggage. the restaurant seemed overpriced, the waiter wasn't very attentive. he seemed inconvenienced and couldn't explain the menu well. there was no foyer. the ambiance was cold and uninspiring. it reminded me of style over substance, we loved the pool. but the view was average!
